That which abides

That which abides
that by which
one must abide
that which
sways
demands testimony
one’s death at least

Passion not only
implies finite
but it contains
infinite within
when it posits itself
as ‘I’
It demands testimony
one’s death at least

Passion
testifies itself
in death
in it its
transcendence found.
